Refund policy

Awesome Tools reserves the right to cancel any purchase, partially or completely, with notice given to you. Awesome Tools will be liable for reimbursing you the full amount paid only if you have already paid for the cancelled order. 

If an order has been placed in error or the client has changed their mind, an email can be sent to onlineorders@awesometools.co.za requesting a cancellation. This will need to happen prior to dispatch, otherwise, the client will need to return the unit at their cost before the refund is authorized and actioned.

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the product you may return it for a refund.

Return Conditions:

• you return the product/s within 30 days of initial receipt.
• the returned product must reach us in its original and in ‘as new’ condition and be accompanied by all original documents and packaging.

Awesome Tools will:

• process the return, provided that we are satisfied that the goods and packaging are complete and in acceptable condition, qualified for return and resale. 
• process the refund, provided that all the above-mentioned conditions are met.

Refunds:

Awesome Tools will issue you with a refund should one of the following occur;

• you returned an item to us that meets the above-mentioned criteria;
• you ordered an item that is out of stock.

ORDERS CANCELLED DUE TO STOCK SHORTAGE

Although we take reasonable steps to ensure that our product offering is always available, it does happen that our stock will run out. Awesome Tools will refund you in rand value should you not find another product or if you are not willing to wait.
