Shipping policy

Awesome Tools delivers to virtually any address in South Africa.

Our preferred method of delivery is via our courier company who will only deliver to a physical address, and not a P.O. Box number. We require that each and every delivery be signed for, as proof of delivery.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items (generally between 2 and 5 working days).
We do not deliver to addresses outside Southern Africa.

Free delivery is available at various purchase levels, starting at R750, depending on the delivery address provided.  The courier fee will be calculated (and added, if applicable) prior to check out

Where can I find information about my order?

Email notifications will be sent as your order is processed within the Awesome Tools warehouse. Once dispatched for delivery via courier please email Awesome Tools via trackingnumbers@awesometools.co.za and your tracking number along with instructions will be provided.
